Wellness Consultant
Let us create a manageable, attainable and sustainable wellness plan that will take you from merely surviving, to thriving in your life!
Mental health is directly correlated with our capacity to regulate the body.
Physical health is determined by the receptivity and responsiveness of the body.
Emotional health is reflected by the capacity to self-regulate our nervous-system.
Energetic health is in the ability to flow through emotions and thoughts without attachment.
Spiritual health is held in-between our conscious and unconscious states of being.
Holistic Health is all of the above!

Mindfulness strengthens the connection we have to ourselves and to all those around us.

Specialized Services
Tailored Wellbeing Programs
A wellness journey should be a personalized experience, we all have different needs based on our lifestyle, environment, personality and current state of health.
With so much information floating around the net and with a vast variety of wellness and healing modalities, it can be difficult to know where to begin.
Our service offers a holistic plan for your health and well-being. We understand that the mind and body are inseparable, so what one part is experiencing is directly influencing the state of the other.
Through an in-dept assessment we will determine and create the right program for the immediate, short-term and long-term needs of your health.
Disability Services
Living with a disability can leave a person feeling powerless over their own life’s experience.
A person who has a disorder in the mind or body is likely to experience a disassociation from their body, mind and emotions, and therefore feels a disconnection from the world around them.
Without a regular and familiar rhythm in the body and mind we run the risk of mental health disparity, such as anxiety, depression and uncontrollable reactions to our experiences of life.
How we relate to each other significantly impacts our state of health. The way you are looked at, spoken to etc, will most definitely affect your nervous system,
Working with a trauma-informed practitioner, who understands the correlation between the physical, emotional and mental bodies will support those living with disabilities most effectively.
Our proven holistic strategies will elevate dis-ease in the whole-being of a person.

Testimonials
“Before attending your classes I really struggled to relax into yoga or mediation, often felt bored and anxious. I loved the workshops and how you explained both the science and yogi methodologies. The workshops were accessible, very easy to understand and put into practice.”
- Michaella Edelstein
“Mindful Movements has facilitated a variety of trauma-informed wellbeing classes and workshop for the Woodville Alliance staff. Lacie has the ability to read the audience of those who attended the sessions and to tailor the information and practices to meet the companies culture and needs. Woodville Alliance would highly recommend Lacie to support any companies wellbeing initiatives.”
- Liz Antoszkiw, Woodville Alliance
“Lacie has a fantastic way of facilitating trauma-informed wellbeing programs for children ages 5 years old right to adults in their late 60s. Lacie is hardworking and has proven to be trusted and dedicated in her role as a carer and teacher of well-being.”
-Taran Jenkins, Kids Creating Space
“Lacie guided us in a yoga practice each morning at Heart & Soul Retreats. She made me feel welcomed and supported no matter where I was. She gave me a deeper understanding of yoga and wellness and I left every session with an energy I had never previously experienced. Her generosity as a yoga guide is boundless.”
- Kathy. M
“I attended several yoga sessions led by Lacie. The key part of her teaching is that she talked us through poses and moves with a subtle mix of encouragement, advice and teaching about key elements of the posture, plus ways of having less pressure on parts of the body with a less challenging variation. And Lacie frequently reminds us that if we are feeling undue stress on our bodies that we can opt out for a while in eg Child’s Pose. By this means she removed the element of self-created “competition” with others or with ourselves and made it ok to do the practice in the best way for ourselves.”
- Alex. V
“I am so grateful and feel so blessed to have had the pleasure of being guided by this passionate, thoughtful and loving soul! Lacie’s classes were supportive, felt safe and inviting, gave plenty of options, focused on breathwork, shared deep insight. Her Yin class gave me a much needed release and her morning Hatha style class energised me. I felt deeply inspired by Lacie and her intuitive, knowledgeable and playful style of teaching.”
- Janet. M
“Acts of service, is love made visible.”
Volunteer Initiatives
Caring for Carers
As professional carers, we understand the disparity that these positions encounter. If our carers are not cared for they can not possibly care for the wellbeing of others to the highest standard that should be set.
Addictions, Incarceration, Homelessness
A hurt is at the centre of all addictive behaviours. Not all addictions are rooted in abuse and trauma, but we do believe they can all be traced to a painful experience. People living on the street, facing incarceration or battling an addiction need our love and support while they identify new ways to cope with their internal suffering.
Domestic Violence Warriors
Domestic violence is any violent behaviour that occurs within the household you should feel safe to be in. This abuse can include physical, emotional, psychological or more. Through facilitated sharing circles and following the 1 2-step governance of care, we unite to break the generational cycles of violence and trauma. It ends with here!
